Marta Dugarte
Operations Manager
Ms. Dugarte is a Venezuelan immigrant and has been an Upward Scholar student since 2018. As an adult immigrant, she recognizes the impact academic preparation can have on her integration into society and the workforce in the United States. In 2023, Marta graduated from the College of San Mateo with two associate degrees in English and Communication studies. She is transferring to San Francisco State University to pursue Communications this fall.
