Happy National Volunteer Month! 🌟 Join us in spotlighting Kelsey, one of our exceptional tutors and tech support volunteers!
Kelsey attended the very first Upward Scholars Conversation Club in 2017 and has been part of our volunteer community ever since, helping behind the scenes and with tech support. She started tutoring in 2018 and has supported one of her tutees, Doris (pictured), through her ESL sequence and a certificate in administrative medical assisting!đź’™
She says, “I tutor and participate in Conversation Club because our Bay Area community is stronger when we help each other. I love my students and helping them achieve their educational and professional dreams!” Kelsey’s dedication to helping adult immigrants achieve their educational and professional dreams makes her an invaluable part of the Upward Scholars community.
